Walking distance beats square metres. Most of the week happens on foot along the Promenade, between the Congress Centre, the hotels and the Houses. A smaller place ten minutes from your meetings is usually worth more than a larger one across town.
Plan for security. During the week, police check people and vehicles on the roads into Davos and around the secured hotels. Transfers take longer than the map suggests, so we factor that into where we put you.
Teams stay together. For delegations we look for a chalet, a townhouse or a group of apartments in one building, so the team can meet in the morning and host in the evening.
Earlier is easier. Properties close to the Promenade are committed first. If you already know you will be in Davos in January, tell us now and we will share what is available as plans firm up.
