Everything around Davos week, arranged

Davos Premier has handled Davos delegations since 2018, for first-time attendees and seasoned participants alike. We take on as much or as little of the week as you need, from one dinner to a delegation's entire stay. Rates depend on the week you want, so we quote after a short call.

Accommodation

Hotel rooms in Davos during the Annual Meeting week are limited and go early. We help secure anything from studios to six-bedroom luxury chalets, with apartments and townhouses in between, from verified, trusted owners, for individuals, groups and corporate delegations.

  • Studios on the Promenade, about a five-minute walk from the Congress Centre
  • Townhouses that sleep executive teams of up to 24
  • Luxury chalets of up to six bedrooms, on request
  • Quieter options in Davos Dorf and in Klosters, about 20 minutes away
  • Negotiated rates, verified owners and one point of contact

Hosting an event

A dinner, a roundtable and a reception can have the same guest list and produce three completely different evenings in Davos. We help you choose the format, then run it end to end.

  • Venue selection and full coordination
  • Catering, production and technical setup
  • Invitations, guest-list coordination and speakers
  • Help with security registration for your guests
  • On-site executive and speaker support on the night
  • Event promotion and marketing

Invitations and access

Most of the week's useful meetings happen outside the Congress Centre: in the Houses on the Promenade, at hotel receptions and over private dinners. We match those rooms to your goals and handle the requests.

  • A shortlist of receptions, private events and side events that fit your goals
  • Invitation requests and registrations handled for you
  • Help with security registration when you are invited to events at the secured hotels
  • A day-by-day calendar, kept current as the week changes

On-the-ground support

Our team is in Davos for the whole week and reachable around the clock, so changes get handled instead of escalated.

  • Targeted introductions to partners and investors
  • Strategic networking and meeting logistics
  • Executive transportation, logistics and security coordination
  • Support for delegations as well as individuals

Brand presence

Being in Davos is not the same as being seen there. We build visibility around the rooms your audience is already in.

  • Executive speaker placement and management
  • Partner places at our own events, including the Davos Super Intelligence Summit 2027, with panel participation and interviews with TV hosts, influencers and bloggers
  • For one summit partner, digital signage on five screens in the Grandhotel Belvédère's West Corridor during the week

A first visit

First-timers tend to underestimate the walking, the security checks and how full the calendar gets. A short briefing and a realistic plan make the difference between a busy week and a useful one.

  • How the week runs, day by day
  • What is open without a badge, and what is not
  • A shortlist of events for your sector
  • Registrations, arrival timings and what to pack for January in the mountains
