Privacy notice
Last updated 6 November 2026. This notice explains what we collect through davospremier.com and the Davos week planner, and what we do with it.
Who is responsible
Davos Premier is responsible for the personal details collected on davospremier.com and in the Davos week planner at events.davoshelp.com. You can reach us about privacy at hello@davospremier.com.
What we collect
The details you type into our forms: for the contact form, your name, email address, company, phone number and message; for the planner, your name, company, job title, email address and phone number; for event suggestions, the event details and, if you add it, your email address. We also receive the page you sent the form from.
Cookies and advertising
davospremier.com uses the Google tag from Google Ads to measure how our advertising performs, for example whether a visit from an ad leads to a call being booked. If you are in Switzerland, the United Kingdom or the EU/EEA, we ask first: until you accept, no advertising or analytics cookies are stored, and Google only receives basic signals without cookies (such as the page, the time and the type of browser) that it uses to estimate how ads perform. Elsewhere the tag uses cookies from your first visit. You can change your choice at any time with Cookie settings at the bottom of every page, turn off personalised ads at adssettings.google.com, or block cookies in your browser. Google processes this data under its own privacy policy (policies.google.com/privacy).
Why we use it, and on what basis
To reply to you and arrange what you ask for (steps you have requested before working with us), to give you access to the planner and contact you about Davos week (your consent, given on the sign-up form), and to keep the planner accurate (our legitimate interest in checking event suggestions). You can withdraw consent at any time.
Who processes it for us
Form submissions are stored in Google Workspace (Google), and Google Ads measures our advertising (see above). The website and the planner page are hosted by Netlify. If you agree to receive updates by email, we send them with an email service provider. These providers may process data in the United States and other countries outside Switzerland and the European Union, under their standard data protection terms. We do not sell your details.
How long we keep it
For as long as we have a reason to: usually while we are in contact or working together, and for a reasonable period afterwards. Ask us and we will delete it sooner unless we must keep it by law.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the details we hold about you, object to their use, or stop receiving updates, by writing to hello@davospremier.com. You can also complain to a data protection authority, such as the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner or the authority where you live.
